I didn’t start this website because I’m an Olympic athlete or a medical guru. I started it because I was a desk worker just like you.

I spent years ignoring my posture, working through the stiffness, and thinking that chronic back pain was just the “price of admission” for a modern career. I tried expensive chairs, weird gadgets, and painkillers, but the ache always came back.

Eventually, my body said, “Enough.”
